In Japan, February 22 is "Cat Day. In Japanese, "2" is pronounced "ni." Because it resembles the voice of a cat saying "222 nyan nyan nyan," the Cat's Day Establishment Committee designated this day as Cat's Day.
In honor of Cat's Day, Takesan makes cat-shaped curry.
[RECIPE]
1. Prepare the ingredients, carrots, onions, and potatoes.
Cut the corner of carrots like this for a tasty finish.
2. Saute vegetables
Put olive oil in a pot and saute vegetables.
3. Grill the beef
This time, grill the meat separately.
Put the grilled meat into the vegetable pot.
